Mary

“I am very grateful to be an Oasis Bible Study alumni. going through the Oasis Bible Studies has helped me progress in my healing journey. The studies challenge me to continue learning about relationship principles in God's Word and to apply them in my life.

I have made very precious friendships with the women in the studies, who understand, support, encourage, and challenge me to learn and walk in truth. I have been involved with many forms of women's ministry through the years and am currently working at a local church."

Gwynn

My healing journey with LWOH gave me the courage to focus inward and let my hope, not my hurts and brokenness, shape my future.  Oasis Bible Studies taught me that exposing the darkness, secrecy, and shame of domestic abuse is the only way to truly live free in Jesus.  It ignited a passion in me to bring healing, hope, and courage to women of all walks of life to break the silence on domestic abuse so that they can experience true freedom as God’s precious children.
Gwynn completed seminary graduate studies in Ministry with an Interdisciplinary concentration, which includes biblical counseling.

Lisa

I have been very blessed to go through the Oasis program. It was so encouraging to me to have the support of other women who understood the challenges that I faced and to find hope and healing together. I am looking forward to helping you.

I love helping other people and enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids. God is so good, and He cherishes and treasures you and will help you find hope through the Oasis classes

Debbie

“My journey with Oasis started as I was looking for a way to make sense of my abusive marriage. The Oasis Bible Study gave me the hope that healing was even possible and what it might look like. The chapters are full of biblical truths pertaining to how God sees abuse and practical information that would help when I got stuck in destructive thought patterns. Sharing in a confidential group of other women who understood what I was going through, gave me the courage I needed to continue each week.”
